VENDOR INFORMATION

All vendors are advised all work conducted on board PGM-managed vessels shall be OWS compatible and environmentally safe chemical cleaners. In addition, prior to any work commencing on board PGM-managed vessels, each vendor is reminded to check in with the Chief Engineer to discuss any cleaning products which may be used.

Vendors are also reminded that prior to work beginning on board any PGM-managed vessel, the vendor must provide sufficient information for its technicians to be added to the Vessel Access List.

Finally, prior to work beginning on board any PGM-managed vessel, the vendor must have reviewed, signed, and returned the PGM Contractor Environmental Compliance Form to the PGM Purchasing Department. The vendor’s attending technician must also review and sign a copy of the PGM Affidavit of Environmental Stewardship upon his/her arrival at the vessel. Failure or refusal to sign these forms can result in negative impact on the vendor’s standing with PGM, up to cancellation of any current contracts with the vendor and removal from the PGM Vendor List.
